160 g Rice noodles
1 Lemon
1 Carrot
1 Cucumber
2 cm Ginger
1/2 Onion
2 c. à soupe Sesame seeds
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook rice noodles according to instructions, rinse with cold water.
2. Prepare the sauce: lemon juice, sesame seeds, grated ginger, salt, a little olive oil.
3. Slice cucumber, julienned carrot and onion.
4. Arrange the cold noodles in bowls.
5. Garnish with vegetables, top with sauce and sprinkle with sesame.
