🛒 Ingredients
1 c. à café Sesame seeds
200 g Tofu
2 c. à soupe Brown sugar
1 pincée Fine salt
200 g White Short-Grain Rice
1 c. à soupe Soy Sauce
2 c. à soupe Rice Vinegar
1 c. à soupe Roasted Sesame Oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Season the hot rice with rice vinegar, brown sugar and a pinch of salt, let cool slightly.
2. Lightly brown the tofu cut into pockets in sesame oil.
3. Drizzle the tofu with soy sauce and a little brown sugar, let caramelize for 2 minutes.
4. Fill each tofu pocket with the vinegared rice using a spoon.
5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving warm or cold.
