Wheat flour

Extra virgin olive oil
3 c. à soupe
Roasted Sesame Oil
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Mix wheat flour, sesame oil and a little water to form a supple dough.
2. Roll out the dough and cut into small round or flower shapes.
3. Heat frying oil to 150°C, fry the cookies over low heat until golden.
4. Prepare a syrup by heating honey with a little water.
5. Dip the warm cookies in the syrup and let them soak before serving.
