🛒 Ingredients
1 Bell pepper
1 c. à café Sesame seeds
80 g Mushrooms
180 g White Short-Grain Rice
1 c. à soupe Soy Sauce
1 c. à soupe Roasted Sesame Oil
2 gousses Garlic
1 Carrot
1/2 Zucchini
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cut all vegetables into small, uniform dice.
2. Heat sesame oil in a very hot wok.
3. Stir-fry the garlic first, then the firmest vegetables (carrot, bell pepper).
4. Add the cold cooked rice and soy sauce, stir-fry for 5 minutes over high heat.
5. Finish with the more tender vegetables and sesame seeds.
