2 pièce Wholemeal bread
1/4 Lemon
1/2 Cucumber
60 g Spinach
150 g Salmon
100 g Cottage cheese
1 pincée Black pepper
1 pincée Fine salt
1 c. à café Dried dill
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Mix cottage cheese, dried dill, lemon zest, salt, pepper.
2. Spread generously on the tortilla.
3. Arrange the slices of smoked salmon over the entire surface.
4. Add a handful of fresh spinach and chopped cucumber.
5. Roll tightly, wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes before slicing.
