👨🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Roast zucchini, pepper, carrot for 20 min with olive oil, cumin.
2. Roast the drained chickpeas for 15 minutes with paprika.
3. Mix diluted peanut butter with lemon for the sauce.
4. Spread the sauce on the tortilla, add vegetables and chickpeas.
5. Roll up and serve.
