60 g Spinach
1 gousse Garlic
50 g Cottage cheese
1/8 c. à café Cayenne pepper
2 Eggs
1 c. à café Extra virgin olive oil
60 g Buckwheat
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare a thin buckwheat pancake in an oiled pan.
2. Scramble the eggs with salt and cayenne pepper.
3. Saute the spinach for 1 minute with garlic in the same pan.
4. Spread cottage cheese on the pancake, then the eggs and spinach.
5. Roll up and serve hot.
