🛒 Ingredients
2 pièce Wholemeal bread
250 g Chickpeas
1/2 Lemon
1/2 Cucumber
1 Tomato
40 g Spinach
2 c. à soupe Peanut butter
1 c. à café Ground coriander
1 c. à café Ground cumin
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Mix chickpeas, garlic, cumin, ground coriander, salt. Form balls and brown in the pan.
2. Prepare an express hummus: chickpeas + peanut butter + lemon + garlic.
3. Spread the hummus on the tortilla.
4. Add the falafel, cucumber, tomato, spinach, finely chopped onion.
5. Sprinkle with lemon juice and roll up.
