Broccoli

Tofu
1 c. à soupe
Sesame seeds

Mushrooms
120 g
Edamame
2 c. à soupe
Extra virgin olive oil
140 g
Brown rice
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Cook brown rice.
2. Drain and cut the tofu into cubes, brown it over high heat in olive oil for 5 minutes.
3. Add broccoli florets, sliced mushrooms, sauté for 5 min.
4. Add edamame, grated ginger, garlic, turmeric, salt.
5. Mix well, serve over rice with sesame seeds.
