Wok edamame tofu sesame

Express vegan wok with edamame, crispy tofu and sesame seeds.

🛒 Ingredients
1/2 Lemon
2 gousses Garlic
1 Zucchini
1 c. à café Ginger
100 g Broccoli
150 g Tofu
2 c. à soupe Sesame seeds
100 g Edamame
1 c. à soupe Coconut oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown the diced tofu in coconut oil until golden brown.
2. Reserve and sauté broccoli, zucchini and edamame in the same pan.
3. Return the tofu, add garlic, ginger and sesame seeds.
4. Mix over high heat for 2 min.
5. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve over brown rice.
