Korean wok spicy tofu

Crispy tofu stir-fried with crunchy vegetables, Korean spicy sauce.

🛒 Ingredients
160 g Brown rice
2 gousses Garlic
1 Zucchini
1 cm Ginger
1 Bell pepper
250 g Tofu
120 g Mushrooms
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Press and cut the tofu into cubes. Brown it for 5 minutes on each side in the oil.
2. Remove the tofu. Saute mushrooms, peppers and zucchini for 4 mins.
3. Return the tofu. Season with grated ginger, garlic and a spoonful of sesame oil.
4. Add a spoonful of Korean chili powder if desired.
5. Serve over brown rice.
