🛒 Ingredients
1/2 Lemon
1 Carrot
2 cm Ginger
1 Bell pepper
3 gousses Garlic
280 g Beef
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
160 g Brown rice
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cut the beef into thin strips. Marinate for 10 minutes with garlic, grated ginger and lemon.
2. Cook the brown rice.
3. Saute the beef over very high heat for 3 minutes in the oil. Reserve.
4. Brown carrot and pepper for 4 minutes in the same pan.
5. Return the beef, mix, season and serve over the rice.
