🛒 Ingredients
2 gousses Garlic
1 c. à café Ginger
1 Onion
400 g Sweet potato
1 c. à soupe Sesame seeds
200 ml Enriched almond milk
1 c. à café Curry powder
1 c. à soupe Coconut oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown the onion and garlic in coconut oil.
2. Add the diced sweet potato, curry and ginger.
3. Cover with water and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Blend with the almond milk until smooth.
5. Adjust the seasoning and serve hot with sesame seeds.
