🛒 Ingredients
3 Zucchini
1 Onion
100 g Greek yogurt
1 c. à café Sesame seeds
1 c. à café Dried mint
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown the onion in olive oil.
2. Add the zucchini slices and cover with water.
3. Cook for 15 minutes then add the dried mint.
4. Blend with the Greek yogurt until smooth.
5. Serve hot or cold with a drizzle of olive oil and sesame seeds.
