150 g
Millet
1 c. à café
Ground cumin
100 g
Mushrooms
1 c. à soupe
Extra virgin olive oil
1 pincée
Fine salt
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Dry roast the millet for 3 minutes in a pan.
2. Brown onion, carrot and sliced mushrooms in oil for 5 min.
3. Add cumin, ginger and toasted millet.
4. Pour 2 volumes of water, salt and cook for 15 minutes covered.
5. Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon.
