🛒 Ingredients
60 g Spinach
1 gousse Garlic
1 c. à café Ginger
100 g Broccoli
150 g Tofu
1 c. à soupe Sesame seeds
1 c. à soupe Coconut oil
150 g Rice noodles
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the rice noodles according to the package.
2. Heat a broth with ginger and garlic.
3. Add the diced tofu, spinach and broccoli florets.
4. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
5. Pour over the noodles and garnish with sesame seeds.
