Wheat flour
500 ml
Extra virgin olive oil
250 g
Squid
1 c. à soupe
Gochujang Chili Paste
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Cut the squid into regular rings and pat dry well.
2. Mix wheat flour and ice water to obtain a thin and light batter.
3. Heat the frying oil to 180°C.
4. Dip each ring in the batter and fry in oil for 2 minutes until golden.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve with a spicy gochujang sauce.
