🛒 Ingredients
200 g Broccoli
2 c. à soupe Sesame seeds
2 c. à soupe Maple syrup
280 g Tofu
1 c. à café Garlic powder
1 c. à café Ground ginger
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
160 g Brown rice
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Drain and squeeze the tofu to remove excess water. Cut into cubes.
2. Prepare the marinade: honey (or maple syrup), ground ginger, garlic powder, sesame seeds.
3. Marinate the tofu for 15 min.
4. Brown the tofu in a pan over high heat for 6-8 minutes, turning.
5. Serve over brown rice with steamed broccoli and remaining sauce.
