2 cm Ginger
2 gousses Garlic
250 g Broccoli
2 c. à soupe Sesame seeds
280 g Salmon
2 c. à soupe Honey
160 g Brown rice
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook brown rice.
2. Prepare the marinade: lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt.
3. Marinate the salmon for 10 minutes in this sauce.
4. Cook the salmon in the pan for 4 minutes on each side, pouring evenly with the marinade.
5. Cook the steamed broccoli for 5 minutes. Serve salmon, broccoli and rice with sesame seeds.
