4 tranches Wholemeal bread
1/2 Lemon
1 pincée Cayenne pepper
1 pincée Black pepper
1 Lawyer
2 Eggs
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Toast the slices of wholemeal bread.
2. Mash the avocado with a fork with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
3. Bring the vinegar water to a simmer, poach the eggs for 3 min.
4. Spread the avocado cream on the toasts.
5. Place the poached egg, season with a pinch of cayenne pepper and serve.
