200 g Tuna
1 c. à soupe Sesame seeds
1/2 c. à café Ground coriander
1 Lawyer
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cut the tuna into small, even cubes.
2. Mash the avocado with the lemon juice and salt.
3. Mix the tuna with grated ginger and sesame seeds.
4. Arrange the avocado in a circle, place the tuna on top.
5. Garnish with ground coriander and serve chilled.
