1/2 c. à café Garlic powder
1/2 c. à café Ground ginger
1 Lawyer
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cut the raw tuna into small regular cubes with a sharp knife.
2. Season with lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, ground ginger.
3. Mash the avocado with a little lemon, salt — light guacamole.
4. Arrange the tuna tartare on the bed of avocado.
5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
