🛒 Ingredients
1 pièce Lemon
300 g Salmon
5 g Basil
1 pièce Lawyer
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cut the very fresh salmon into small cubes. Reserve in the fridge.
2. Cut the avocado and cucumber into small cubes of the same size.
3. Gently mix salmon, avocado, cucumber and lemon juice.
4. Season with salt, pepper, a drizzle of olive oil and chia seeds.
5. Form circles with a cookie cutter and serve immediately.
