🛒 Ingredients
1 Lemon
4 gousses Garlic
2 Onion
600 g Chicken
1/2 c. à café Ground turmeric
1 c. à café Herbs of Provence
1 c. à café Ground cumin
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown the chicken on all sides in the oil.
2. Add chopped onion, garlic, cumin, turmeric and let melt for 5 min.
3. Add the lemon cut into quarters and the Provence herbs.
4. Pour 200 ml of water, cover and simmer for 35 min.
5. Serve with millet couscous or brown rice.
