🛒 Ingredients
1/2 Lemon
1 Onion
2 Bell pepper
280 g Chicken
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1 c. à café Sweet paprika
1 Lawyer
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
4 tranches Wholemeal bread
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Slice the chicken into strips, marinate for 15 minutes with cumin, paprika, salt.
2. Saute chicken, pepper and onion over high heat in olive oil for 10 min.
3. Heat the wholemeal bread pancakes.
4. Prepare the guacamole: avocado, lemon, salt.
5. Garnish the tacos with chicken, guacamole and ground cilantro.
