300 g Chicken
200 g Broccoli
1 Bell pepper
100 g Mushrooms
2 gousses Garlic
2 cm Ginger
1/2 c. à café Ground turmeric
1 c. à soupe Sesame seeds
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 Lemon
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cut the chicken into thin strips, sauté over very high heat for 4 minutes, set aside.
2. Sauté broccoli, pepper, mushrooms for 4 minutes in the same wok.
3. Add garlic, ginger, turmeric, cook for 1 min.
4. Return the chicken, mix and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with lemon, sprinkle with sesame and serve over brown rice.
