Chopped steak, sweet potato and salad

🛒 Ingredients
1/2 Lemon
300 g Sweet potato
1 Tomato
80 g Spinach
300 g Beef
1 pincée Nutmeg
1 c. à café Garlic powder
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Peel and cook the sweet potato for 20 minutes. Mash into a puree with salt and a pinch of nutmeg.
2. Season the minced steak with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
3. Cook the steak in the pan according to your taste (3-5 min on each side).
4. Prepare the salad: spinach, tomato, lemon, olive oil.
5. Serve: mash, steak and salad on the side.
