🛒 Ingredients
2 gousses Garlic
1 Onion
6 Tomato
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
2 c. à café Dried basil
1 pincée Black pepper
1 c. à café Onion powder
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Slice onion and garlic, brown them for 3 minutes in olive oil.
2. Add crushed tomatoes, onion powder, dried basil, salt, pepper.
3. Add 400 ml of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Mix finely for a smooth and velvety result.
5. Adjust the seasoning, serve hot with a drizzle of olive oil.
