🛒 Ingredients
240 g Chickpeas
2 gousses Garlic
1 Onion
3 Tomato
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1 c. à café Herbs of Provence
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown the onion and garlic in olive oil.
2. Add the crushed tomatoes and let reduce for 5 minutes.
3. Add the chickpeas and cover with water.
4. Add the Provence herbs and simmer for 20 minutes.
5. Mix partially and serve with a drizzle of olive oil.
