🛒 Ingredients
2 Tomato
100 g Spinach
240 g Chickpeas
1/2 Lemon
4 gousses Garlic
1 Onion
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1 c. à café Ground turmeric
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown generous onion and garlic for 3 minutes in olive oil.
2. Add turmeric, cumin and cook for 1 min.
3. Add chickpeas, tomatoes and 700 ml of water. Simmer for 15 mins.
4. Add the spinach, let it melt for 3 min.
5. Mix partially, adjust salt, sprinkle with lemon and serve.
