Extra virgin olive oil

Dried thyme
1 c. à café
Dried parsley

Mushrooms
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Brown the onion and garlic in olive oil.
2. Add the sliced mushrooms and let sweat for 5 minutes.
3. Add the rinsed barley and thyme and cover with water.
4. Simmer for 30 minutes until the barley is tender.
5. Adjust the seasoning and serve with dried parsley.
