🛒 Ingredients
60 g Spinach
1 gousse Garlic
2 cm Ginger
200 g Broccoli
200 g Tofu
1 c. à soupe Sesame seeds
1/2 c. à café Ground turmeric
80 g Mushrooms
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Bring 700 ml of water to a simmer with grated ginger, garlic and turmeric.
2. Add broccoli florets, cook for 5 min.
3. Add cubed tofu and mushrooms, cook for another 3 min.
4. Remove from the heat, dissolve sesame seeds (or miso) in a little broth, add to the soup.
5. Adjust salt, add spinach, let melt for 1 minute and serve hot.
