Carrot

Onion
120 g
Millet
2 gousses
Garlic
1 c. à café
Herbs of Provence
150 g
Mushrooms
1 c. à soupe
Extra virgin olive oil
1 pincée
Fine salt
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Brown onion and garlic for 3 minutes in olive oil.
2. Add sliced carrots and sliced mushrooms, brown for 5 minutes.
3. Add millet, 800 ml of boiling water, Provence herbs, salt.
4. Leave to simmer for 25 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
5. Adjust consistency with water, check seasoning and serve.
