🛒 Ingredients
2 Tomato
300 g Green lentils
3 gousses Garlic
2 Carrot
1 Onion
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown onion and garlic in olive oil for 3 min.
2. Add carrot and diced tomato. Brown for 5 min.
3. Add the rinsed lentils and 1 L of water or broth.
4. Season with cumin, turmeric, salt and pepper.
5. Cook for 25 minutes. Mix partially for a creamy texture.
