200 g Green lentils
0.5 pièce Lemon
1 pièce Onion
120 g Spinach
2 pièce Garlic
1 c. à café Cumin
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
Brown onion and garlic in olive oil. Add the green lentils with 1 liter of water. Simmer 25 min. Add the spinach, cook for 3 minutes more. Season with cumin, salt and lemon.
