🛒 Ingredients
1 Lemon
2 Garlic
2 Carrot
1 Onion
200 g Coral lentils
2 c. à café Ground cumin
1/4 c. à café Ground ginger
1/2 c. à café Ground turmeric
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
2. Add cumin, turmeric, ground ginger, cook for 1 min.
3. Add rinsed coral lentils, broth (water + salt), diced carrots.
4. Cook for 20 minutes until the lentils are soft.
5. Mix partially, adjust salt, finish with lemon juice.
