🛒 Ingredients
2 Tomato
240 g Black beans
1/2 Lemon
3 gousses Garlic
1 Onion
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1 c. à café Smoked paprika
1 pincée Cayenne pepper
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown onion and garlic for 3 minutes in olive oil.
2. Add cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper — cook for 1 min.
3. Add black beans, tomatoes and 600 ml of water. Bring to a boil.
4. Leave to simmer for 20 minutes, mix partially.
5. Sprinkle with lemon, salt and serve.
