480 g Black beans
2 gousses Garlic
1 Onion
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1 c. à café Smoked paprika
1/4 c. à café Cayenne pepper
1 Lawyer
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown the onion and garlic in olive oil.
2. Add cumin, smoked paprika and cayenne pepper.
3. Add the black beans and crushed tomatoes.
4. Cover with water and simmer for 20 minutes.
5. Mix partially and serve with diced avocado.
