🛒 Ingredients
200 g Green lentils
2 Tomato
1 Onion
2 gousses Garlic
2 cm Ginger
1/2 Lemon
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1 c. à café Ground turmeric
1/2 c. à café Fenugreek
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown onion, garlic and ginger for 3 minutes in olive oil.
2. Add cumin, fenugreek, turmeric — cook for 1 min.
3. Add rinsed green lentils, tomatoes, 800 ml of water. Bring to a boil.
4. Leave to simmer for 30 minutes over low heat.
5. Mix partially, add salt, sprinkle with lemon and serve.
