120 g Kale
1 Onion
1 Sweet potato
80 g Spinach
1 c. à soupe Flax seeds
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown onion and grated ginger for 3 min.
2. Add diced sweet potato and broth (800 ml). Cook for 15 mins.
3. Add kale and spinach. Cook for 5 mins.
4. Blend until smooth.
5. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and flax seeds.
