1/2 Lemon
2 Kiwi
1 Apple
50 g Spinach
150 ml Enriched almond milk
1 c. à soupe Chia seeds
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Peel the kiwis and apple, wash the spinach.
2. Cut apple into quarters.
3. Put all the ingredients in the blender with the almond milk.
4. Add lemon juice for freshness.
5. Mix for 60 seconds, serve in a chilled glass.
