1 Banana
200 ml Enriched almond milk
2 c. à soupe Peanut butter
1/2 c. à café Ground cinnamon
1 c. à soupe Chia seeds
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Peel the banana (preferably frozen for an icy texture).
2. Put banana, peanut butter, chia seeds and almond milk in the blender.
3. Add a pinch of ground cinnamon.
4. Blend for 45 seconds until smooth and thick.
5. Serve immediately in a large glass.
