👨🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the white rice and let it cool slightly.
2. Mix the rice with warm water, let rest several hours at warm temperature for fermentation.
3. Strain the liquid, reserving a few rice grains that float to the surface.
4. Bring the strained liquid to a boil with brown sugar, let cool.
5. Refrigerate and serve very cold with a few floating rice grains.
