🛒 Ingredients
1 Onion
1 Bell pepper
4 Tomato
2 Garlic
1/2 c. à café Ground turmeric
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1 c. à café Sweet paprika
4 Eggs
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown onion and pepper in olive oil until tender.
2. Add garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cook for 1 min.
3. Add crushed tomatoes, salt, simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Make wells in the sauce, break in the eggs.
5. Cover and cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes until white.
