🛒 Ingredients
2 tranches Wholemeal bread
2 gousses Garlic
1 Onion
1 Bell pepper
200 g Spinach
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1 c. à café Ground cumin
4 Eggs
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown chopped onion and green pepper in oil for 5 min.
2. Add garlic, cumin and spinach, melt for 3 min.
3. Dig niches and crack the eggs into them.
4. Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes depending on the desired doneness.
5. Serve with wholemeal bread.
