Vegetable stir-fry with sesame oil

🛒 Ingredients
200 g Broccoli
2 Carrot
1 Bell pepper
120 g Mushrooms
150 g Tofu
140 g Brown rice
2 gousses Garlic
1 cm Ginger
1 c. à soupe Flax seeds
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare all the vegetables: julienned carrots, broccoli florets, bell peppers in strips.
2. Heat the olive oil over high heat in a wok.
3. Saute carrot and broccoli for 3 min, then add pepper and mushrooms.
4. Season with garlic, grated ginger and a spoonful of sesame oil (or flax seeds).
5. Serve over brown rice with pan-fried tofu.
