Teriyaki salmon and brown rice

Salmon fillet glazed with homemade teriyaki sauce, served on brown rice and broccoli.

🛒 Ingredients
130 g Brown rice
1 gousse Garlic
150 g Broccoli
1 c. à café Ginger
2 c. à soupe Maple syrup
1 c. à soupe Sesame seeds
280 g Salmon
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Mix maple syrup, ginger, garlic and salt for the marinade.
2. Marinate the salmon for 15 min.
3. Cook the brown rice.
4. Cook the salmon in a non-stick pan for 4 minutes on each side, covering with marinade.
5. Serve over rice with steamed broccoli and sesame seeds.
