🛒 Ingredients
160 g Brown rice
1 Lemon
280 g Salmon
2 c. à soupe Sesame seeds
1 c. à café Ground ginger
150 g Edamame
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook brown rice.
2. Cook the edamame in boiling water for 5 minutes, drain and shell.
3. Season the salmon with ground ginger, salt, pepper, cook it in the pan for 4 minutes on each side.
4. Prepare the sauce: lemon juice, garlic powder, sesame seeds, olive oil.
5. Assemble the bowl: rice, crumbled salmon, edamame and sauce.
