🛒 Ingredients
1 Lemon
300 g Salmon
60 g Almonds
1 c. à café Garlic powder
2 c. à café Herbs of Provence
1 pincée Black pepper
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Mix almonds, Provence herbs, garlic powder and salt — homemade crust.
3. Brush the salmon fillets with a little olive oil.
4. Apply the almond crust on top, press lightly.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve with green salad and lemon.
