White Short-Grain Rice

Garlic

Ginger
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Rinse the sticky rice and soak for 30 minutes.
2. Stuff the chicken with the drained rice, whole garlic cloves and ginger.
3. Place the chicken in a pot, cover with water and bring to a boil.
4. Skim then simmer on low heat for 1 hour until the meat falls apart.
5. Serve in the broth, seasoned with salt and black pepper.
